My dear collaborators,

I am writing these lines with regard to the renewal of the 12A and 80G registrations of the Church Trusts and/or Institutions.

Those parishes that have the 12A and 80G registrations are requested to contact their respective Auditors and start preparing the list of documents needed for the renewal purposes. You are earnestly requested to submit the documents to your respective Auditors who will help you to obtain the renewal of the 12A and 80G registrations. For your information, I am enclosing the list of documents. These are in general, suggestive; perhaps, your Auditor may require some more documents, as the case may vary depending on the nature of the Trust. You are hereby requested to contact your Auditor in this regard.

Please note that 12A and 80G registrations are not permanent and hence, they require timely renewal and continued compliance with tax regulations. By adhering to the best practices and seeking expert guidance, we can expect the continued validity of these important provisions under the Income Tax, thus maintaining sound credibility of our Trusts.

I am confident of your wholehearted cooperation keeping in mind that there is no delay in the submission of the required documents to your Auditor.
