My dear collaborators,

In continuation of the clergy meeting held on Thursday, June 11, I am writing to remind you that in case some poor children from your parish need financial assistance to buy stationery items, raincoats, etc., please do not hesitate to write to Fr Anil Gonsalves OFM Cap, Financial Administrator, Diocese of Nashik, on the Church letterhead. Please indicate the number of children who need financial assistance and also specify the amount given from the parish to help the poor children.  We will surely assist the poor children to see to it that their studies are not affected for lack of money to buy books and other material.

Once you receive the money from our end, we would certainly require the names of all the poor children who have received monetary assistance on a typed page, their addresses, their signatures and a copy of their Aadhar card. This is mandatory and cannot be overlooked.
