The Heads of Commissions

 My dear collaborators,

I am writing these lines with a special request in mind:

I am inviting you to attend a meeting of the Heads of the Commissions in our Diocese on Thursday, March 27 at the Bishop’s House from 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon followed by early lunch at 12.30 p.m. The meeting is essentially important as we need to discuss a few points, and decide on an important issue as suggested by the Conference of Catholic Bishops of India (CCBI).

I sincerely apologize for the delay in communicating the above information to you. I received an email message from the CCBI just 2 days ago and thought it best to schedule the meeting.
