My dear Collaborators,
In my Circular dated April 12, 2024, I had explained the need for a careful selection of our Parliamentary representative (MP) and the need for every eligible voter to cast his/her vote.
As Voting Day draws near for those residing in and around Nashik and Dhule (Monday, May 20, 2024) and for others residing in Ahmednagar, Jalgaon and Nandurbar areas (Monday, May 13, 2024), I request you to make the following announcement at all the Masses on May 11-12 and 18-19 (and wherever there is a sizable gathering) to ensure that all our people are aware of the need to vote in the General Elections. You could even use your parish WhatsApp Groups, etc. to reach out to more people.
Voting is both our right and our duty. Please encourage your people to go and vote early in the morning to avoid both the summer heat and the risk of someone else casting the vote in their name.
